From order to delivery — what happens, step by step

Ordering a proxy takes a minute. Here is what becomes of your request afterwards, and what you can do at each stage.

update Updated

1. The shop

/shop. You choose:

  • The plan — duration (1 day, 7 days, 30 days…), IPv4 only or dual-stack IPv4+IPv6, data quota.
  • The carrier — Orange, SFR, Free, Bouygues, or no preference.
  • The options — UDP, OS spoofing, target site.

The target site is not decorative: it tells us which platform the proxy will be working on, and therefore which source suits it best. An address that platform has already seen is not worth the same as a fresh one.

A confirmation screen recaps everything before you send. You can go back and change things.

2. The order is recorded

You are taken to My orders. Your request appears there with its status.

The price is locked at order time. If our rate changes next week, your order keeps the price you agreed to. A promotion running at the time of purchase is kept as well.

3. The statuses, and what they mean

Status What is happening What you can do
New We have not started yet Cancel, or pay from your balance
In progress We are preparing your proxy Pay. Cancellation goes through support
Paid Payment is recorded Wait for delivery
Fulfilled The proxy is created and attached to your order It is in My proxies
Cancelled Over, nothing is owed

Self-service cancellation stops at "new". Past that point someone is working on it: that is a conversation, not a button.

4. Payment

Two routes:

  • From your balance — one click on My orders. See Your balance.
  • Directly with us — write to us, as before.

5. Delivery

We assign a real mobile source to your order and create the proxy: HTTP and SOCKS5 ports, credentials, expiry date, quota.

The proxy appears in My proxies with everything needed to configure it. Your order moves to "fulfilled" and stays linked to the delivered proxy: six months later we still know why this proxy exists and what you had asked for.

6. Afterwards

The point not to miss

At expiry, your proxy's password is regenerated. Your old credentials stop working, and your software returns a 407 error. That is not a fault: that is expiry.

Renewing before the expiry date avoids the interruption entirely. Renewing afterwards repairs it, but you will have to carry the new password into your software.
