How to pay for your order, step by step

Pay from your balance in one click, top up exactly what is missing, or settle later. The full walkthrough, screen by screen.

update Updated

Allow two minutes if your balance is already topped up. Otherwise, the time it takes for one confirmation on the blockchain, and there is nothing for you to watch in the meantime.

1. Place your order

  1. Open the shop and pick your plan: the duration, the options, the carrier, the target site.
  2. Enter how many proxies you want.
  3. Click the order button. A confirmation screen recaps the plan, the quantity and the total.

Nothing is committed until you confirm: Back to changes returns you to your selection, untouched.

The price is locked the moment you confirm. If our rate goes up the following week, your order keeps the price you agreed to, and a promotion running at the time is kept as well. An order recorded today is therefore paid tomorrow, at today's price.

No account yet? The shop takes you to sign-up, then brings you back to the plan you had chosen. You do not start your selection over.

2. Pay for the order

The confirmation screen knows your balance. It only offers you what applies to you.

Your balance covers the order

One button: Order and Pay Now.

  1. Click it.
  2. The order is recorded and settled in one go, from your balance.
  3. You land on My orders, and yours is marked paid. We start preparing it.

That is it. The debit and the status change happen together or not at all: there is no moment where you would be debited without the order moving forward.

Your balance is not enough

The screen then shows three more things: your balance, exactly what you are short of, and a box already ticked for you.

  1. Leave the box "Pay this order automatically as soon as my deposit arrives" ticked. It is the one that does the work for you.
  2. Click Order and Top Up. Your order is recorded at the price shown.
  3. You land on the top-up screen, the missing amount already filled in, and a banner repeating how much to send.
  4. If you have not chosen a network yet, choose it: your personal address appears straight away, valid for that network only.
  5. Send from your exchange or your wallet. The converter on the page tells you what that amount comes to in USDT, in bitcoin or in whichever asset you picked, at the current rate.
  6. Wait for the confirmation on the chain. Usually a few minutes, depending on the network.
  7. Your balance is credited, the order settles by itself, and you get a notification. You will not have clicked a thing.

⚠️ Send a little more than the amount asked for. Network fees are taken out of what you send, they are not added on top. €60 sent arrives as €59 and change, and there would then be too little to settle the order.

⚠️ One address, one network. USDT sent on TRON arrives at a TRON address. Sent on another chain, it is permanently lost: nobody can recover it, neither you nor us. It is the only irreversible mistake in this whole journey.

What the "Pay automatically" box does, and what it does not do

It settles this order, as soon as your balance covers it, and nothing else:

  • it never spends beyond your balance;
  • it only concerns the order you are placing right now, not the ones after it;
  • if several orders are waiting with that box ticked, the oldest goes first;
  • you can untick it: the order will simply wait for you on My orders.

You would rather pay later

Place the order records the order without debiting anything. You find it again on My orders with the missing amount written beside it, and the button to top that up. If your balance already covers it, that button pays it directly, in one click.

3. Check that it went through

My orders shows it all:

What is written What it means
Awaiting your payment, your balance covers it One click on the button and it is settled
Awaiting your payment, 12.40 € missing Nothing is debited; the button beside it takes you to top that amount up
Will be paid automatically as soon as your deposit arrives Your box is ticked: there is nothing to do, your deposit will be enough
Paid Payment is recorded, we are preparing your access

Your balance and all its movements are on My account: each line carries the date, the signed amount and its reason in plain language, "Order #42" for instance.

If your balance is negative

Sometimes we extend a proxy before your payment arrives: your balance then goes below zero and the panel says so, "You owe this amount".

The missing amount takes that into account on its own. If you owe €10 and order €50 worth, the screen asks you for €60, not €40. Top that up and everything is square again: the debt is cleared, the order is paid.

FAQ

How long between my transfer and my order being paid?

The time it takes for your transfer to be confirmed on the chain, so a few minutes on most networks. The credit and the payment follow immediately, with no action on our side.

I sent more than the amount asked for, is it lost?

No. The surplus stays on your balance, it does not expire, and it will go towards your next order or a renewal.

I sent less than the amount asked for.

Your balance is credited with what you sent, and the order waits for the rest. The missing amount is recalculated, and shown on My orders.

Can I cancel an unpaid order?

Yes, as long as it is "new", from My orders. Once we have started preparing it, write to us.

Can I pay without using the balance?

Yes, by writing to us directly. The balance is a shortcut, not an obligation.

I do not want automatic payment.

Untick the box before you confirm: you keep control of when you pay, from My orders.
